A. No. Clients will have to buy a package per room and they will have to answer a questionnaire per room as well. Q. What if I am not happy with the results? Is there any guarantee?
A. You may send us your comments or questions within 30 days so that we can review and clarify the material delivered. All of the packages include up to three revisions, except for the Floor Plan Layout which includes up to two revisions. Adjustments will be made and sent back to you within the same time period as it took to receive your original results. These adjustments will not be considered as a new project and there will not be any additional charges. If we are not contacted within 30 days after delivering the package results we will consider your account closed and you...one happier client. Q. Can I purchase more than one service per room?

A. All of our design solutions are completely custom tailored to reflect each client's lifestyle, personality, and expectations. How do I accurately measure the room?
A. To measure the room you will need measuring tape, a piece of paper, and a pen. Make a sketch of the room floor plan indicating where the door and windows are located. Measure each wall's length horizontally, from corner to corner, and write the length on the corresponding wall outline in your floor plan. Measure the distance between the floor and ceiling and make note of it. Make note of the window and door dimensions as well. You may scan this sketch onto your computer or take a picture and send it via email. Some people may know of the way to design the floor plan using Microsoft PowerPoint or using Microsoft Excel.
